Crooked Apple Straightener

I have several apple slicers. 8-16 slice versions. Small apple to large apple slicers. So far THIS IS THE BEST I’ve found.

The biggest problem I’ve had with them all, and the reason I bought this one, was many apples are crooked. They don’t sit straight. So the corer can’t core and you have to try and start the slicer at an angle. It doesn’t work. THE BASE of this slicer FIXES CROOKED APPLES. Please see pictures. Surprisingly great product

I wasn't too sure about this product when I received it. I was thinking doing one cherry at a time would be very painstaking. It is surprisingly fast. The item works as advertised and I did 4 lbs of cherries in a very short period of time. I had previously done 2 lbs of cherries by hand and that was a messy, time consuming process. I really like this little gadget. It is sturdy, and does the job quickly. I was also expecting to get squirted with cherry juice during the process, but there was very little mess. I actually ended up doing them in the living room, utilizing a couple tv trays and had a very small amount of cleanup. The little rubber 'coaster'' catches what little juice and all the seeds, so I just dumped them into a bowl I had for that purpose. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered this product on 6/5/18. There aren't any "smokers" in our household but I wanted to have a nice ashtray for guests, and empty bottles or cans just weren't cutting it anymore.
Two days later my order arrived, on time (the product is available through Amazon Prime). It was nicely packaged, not only protect the ashtray from damage but when you're opening it you immediately feel like you've purchased a quality product. After you open the box you will find the ashtray in a soft velvet "pouch" that protects the beautiful stainless steel tray. Seeing the product in person did not disappoint!!
